I have dinosaurs in my living room. |
|
I still think that's cool as heck, every time I think about it. Donosaurs! In my living room! So, yeah, they make a mess and destroy stuff, but what can you expect--they're dinosaurs!

6. Once you get a handle on the house training, life gets easier... |

trust me. Mine are all grown up and live in the back yard now, although we feel sorry for them and let them sleep inside during the cooler months. They want to sleep on the bed, but we have to draw the line somewhere. They complain awfully about it, and I can't blame them because we used to allow them up when they were wee little ones. We may change our minds if we hit the lottery and purchase the 'Mother of all beds".

12. Oviraptors got a bad rap! |
|
They were found on nests full of eggs, so they got named "egg thief" (the assumption was they were killed in the act of raiding someone's nest). In reality, it was their own eggs they were incubating. And they were nice n' feathery and probably bucked a lot.
Man, I can't wait for someone to invent time travel. I am so going to get some dinosaur chicks.

16. Gideon did a little "engineering" |

June is looking quizzically at me from on Reese's cage, where she is shredding paper.
Maybe the paper-shredding is a sign she feels like building a nest?
