I hang up the phone after talking with a guy in London about the UK launch for my business... he's just asked me if I'd rather raise $5 million instead of just $1.2 million, right? (GULP) And we went through some revisions he'd like to see on my Executive Summary... and in our parting dialogue we chat about the weather and I say, ever so smartly... "I didn't realize you were in London!" even though the UK based woman who is handling the project is based in LONDON and she was in the SAM ROOM WITH HIM ON THE SPEAKER PHONE. You see I met he and his lovely wife here in the south of France; they live down here, down the road a little ways. I had JUST gotten off the phone with his wife, in fact. gaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhh.....

OHMYGAWD I feel like such an idiot.

I don't think I blew it, but DAYUM.

I have been out of the business world for far, far too long... I tell ya.
