evolution is bogus - proof

50 years ago the big female stars were cool and interesting.... such as

Carmen Miranda - Awesome

Rosemary Clooney - Awesome

Katherine Hepburn.... man if I could meet a woman like her

But nowadays.... we just have this annoying eyesore.

2. I don't find spears attractive
I could buy a Barbie Doll and it'd be the same thing... nothing cool about the way she looks.

5. I totally have a thing for Rosemary Clooney
she was so completely hot in her younger days. I get the gist of what you are saying. Camille Paglia has written about it, believe it or not, the difference between now and then. The women seemed stronger...well, they were women. Now being a woman is out of style and everyone is supposed to be a girl. I shouldn't talk, because I have very girly energy, but there is a huge difference betweent the celebutantes of today and women like Hepburn et al.

6. Yeah
It's a real shame. One day I bet it'll be cool to be an interesting, cool woman again.

7. It's probably because
they had a real uphill battle to fight and win. alot of young girls these days haven't lived in a time when women didn't have as many options in life. Many of the starlets today are just spoiled little cash registers for the people that put them in the spotlight, not realizing how totally disposable they are to them.

8. You're so right.
From Hepburn...and you can most certainly include Audrey as well as Kate....to Britney Spears. Sad, sad, sad.
