4. Made me look twice and see the lady who was starting to jog
on a cross street just as I was pulling in off the highway today.

Not sure though if it was my angel or hers. :)

8. They protected the trailer during the extremely windy
"hurricane-like" storm right before Thanksgiving. I say, "hurricane-like" because that is what the weatherdude said. Damned if it didn't look like a full fledged hurricane to me. "Hurricane-like" storm, my ass. :D

Anyhow, they protected me, my aunt, the trailer, the car, and the cats during the storm. No damage and no harm was done. Thank God.

11. You know what , I think that was a damn hurricane.
Tuesday night the storm up here in Greensboro was a damn hurricane. I drove through it because I had to go to work that night and it was bad.

13. Oh, it was.
I think meteorologists need to wake up to the fact that the weather is unpredictable and getting worse every year. If it's a hurricane, it's a hurricane. They should call these storms what they really are. Don't you think?

14. Yes and I think it was because it was not near the sea or ocean ...
I am in Greensboro and that my friend was a hurricane. You could not walk through that storm. It was battle walking from my car to walk into the building where I work at.

15. The kept talking about how the system in the Atlantic was
adding strength to it, just like a hurricane too. Luckily, I didn't have to venture outside. I just sat on the couch in a fetal position for a couple of days worried.

12. Helped me find my missing "make your own tea bags" tea bags.
Edited on Fri Nov-24-06 10:40 AM by BlueIris
No, seriously. I was desperate to find those things the other day, ransacked everything, (or so I thought) thought I'd have to replace 'em. Then I got this funny urge to bake a pie. Then I ignored that urge. Then I realized that might make me happier. So, I got everything together to make the pie, and in the process of unpacking a cabinet to get to a cannister of flour in the back, I found my tea bags.

My angels like to er, make it easy for me, sometimes. Thanks, angels.
