So, the kitchen sink clogged up in the middle of making dinner
Managed to get the dinner together, and it was fine. But dishes, dishes, dishes, pots, pans, serving bowls overtaking the kitchen when we were done. Sink still clogged. Can't use the diswasher because the water would back up into the sink.

I ended up doing some of the dishes in the bathroom using a huge salad bowl to wash them in, and rinsing them off in the bathroom sink. (The bathroom was freshly cleaned).

Here's my little set-up:

1. OMG the exact same thing happened to me. My husband
and nephew worked on it for 4 hours and finally got it working at 9pm last night.

It was the potato peels.

3. Better than the toilet backing up!
I think that happened at least 3 or 4 times at our house, growing up.

4. Me too!
My hubby was helping with the preparations and peeled the potatoes. He put all the peels down the garbage disposal. Ooops. He ended up having to go under the house to unclog the drain.

The is the seconded time in 3 years he's had to take the pipes apart under the house on Thanksgiving!

Good luck with getting things back to normal.

5. Oh no!
Cool set up though. I might have used the tub with as many pans as thanksgiving meals produce!
