Hubby went shopping with a kid and I went on a 30 mile bike ride today.

It was a great 2 1/2 hr ride, with some really tough climbs.

I'm in a very happy mood now that I've worked off some of yesterday's meal and got to be outside a bit.

I am so incredibly grateful for my health. I don't EVER want to take it for granted.

Who else out there got some exercise today?? Those endorphins really help....:woohoo:

You've inspired me, I really need to find somewhere I can ride around here, which is no easy task, as this is the assholiest place I've ever lived as far as how car drivers treat bikes on the road. I hate it.

I didn't get any exercise here though, sorry to say. Except when I went to check the mail.

Literally the first time I ever took my bike out on the road in front of my house I got ran off the road into a ditch TWICE within about 50 yards...just unbelievable around here how hateful they are.

No, I've been a total slug today. I don't even care. I'm not even going to worry about it til after Christmas, I think. Lame, I know.

There was a frost last night so I spent much of the day digging out tomato plants, then when for a walk in our local hills. Beautiful day today!
