I have been so stuffed up, I finally broke down and went to the store and bought myself a hot steam vaporizer. That menthol stuff smells awful, but it sure does make breathing easier.

I work a full time job, am celebrating 16 years with my boyfriend this year, and have managed to stay alive for 20 years with this virus.

I appreciate the thought, but I think of myself as lucky to have lived long enough to have treatment options that may (or may not) allow me to live a normal lifespan.

9. Could eucalyptus oil or tea tree oil be alternatives to the menthol ?

Perhaps their smells could be more to your liking - they both will help make breathing easier.
