Hi Honey ..I'm Home..:o}
I survived turkey day w/ my family
Made it there and home with nothing more than a nose bleed.
Nieces,Nephew, Nieces babies,Late night partying (with the nastiest swill you could imagine to drink).
And I survived everything w/o pissing off anybody!

I did get to watch the sunrise on the way home (not to shabby hugh)
And i'm home :7

1. Hi Sweetie!
Edited on Sat Nov-25-06 12:36 PM by crim son
I'm not home but am hiding at my sister's house instead of the in-laws'. So far, so good, and I'm coming home tomorrow. Yay! I've been spending time with my premature twin nieces as well. My gawd they're small! :hi:

on edit: I'm leaving now for the hospital because one of the twins isn't home yet. Have an excellent day! :loveya:

7. Covered in your own WHAT???!!?
What happened? Are you okay?

My day was ... very non-traditional. Basically, in it's entirety, it was split into two extremes without a lot of middle ground. There was the extreme "nothing" with just vegging out in the house with absolutely nothing happening and there was another extreme of "OMG this is unexpected and amazing!" for part of the day. It was... well...weird. Weird, but welcome and completely appreciated. Um.. actually, my entire weekend has been that way.

As for the snow... it would be a lot more appreciated if I had someone ELSE to shovel the walk and dig my car out. Not looking forward to that at all (majorly kills my back, sometimes to the point of tears), but it's not snowing today and is really very beautiful outside - blue sky and everything! :)

8. Nothing major on the blood ( I hope you were not eating)
My nose started bleeding While I was driving 70 mph alone in a truck. And I couldn't locate the kleenex.
So I pulled over holding my nose and found a roll of TP..YES!!! :7
I applied the pressure used bottled water to clean up the crime scene..And was on my way.
Sounds like you had a relaxing day.
If I lived closer I would come over and help you dig out your car :)

9. I sincerely appreciate the thought.
I wish it didn't hurt so much - because other than that I don't really dislike shovelling. It's one of the many mindless tasks I find very "zen" - and the physical effort part of it I also enjoy. But... what d'ya do?

I've had a very relaxing weekend period. Also very mentally stimulating and uplifting - a very odd mix of extremes as I said.

That's awful about the nosebleed. Glad to know it wasn't serious - you had me worried for a moment there! Nosebleeds while on the road with no kleenex has to be one of the worst ways to get one though!

15. I get nose bleeds every year when the weather changes.
I am pretty used to it.
Relaxing and stimulating along with uplifting is a pretty cool mix.

16. Very cool mix indeed. :)
Backs do seem to deteriorate with age, don't they?

I unfortunately started young with the back issues - and they're not improved with any passing birthdays.

14. Yep, she's still in MO
She flies out tomorrow. My holiday was okay. I'm still too sick to really feel human. Asthma's a bitch. :(

But, it *will* get better and that's what matters.

11. Dear god that's flat land. Looks almost like a wasteland.
Growing up in forested mountains the horizon is always about 10 feet away. That sort of distance just seems wrong to me somehow.
