1. It Was The Only Thing Worth Watching...
after midnight Friday and Saturdays. Me and my buds (we were probably 12 at the time) used to watch it all the time. Funny thing is that I can't remember the specifics of any of it.

2. I was in my late teens early 20s
me and my friends would go out of our way to watch. Being in small city Virginia at the time we were starved for any punk music or other non-mainstream entertainment to come along.

I can't remember too many specifics either that's why I'm so glad more and more keeps popping up on YouTube.

12. I watched it after coming in from a night at the bars
right after college

Not surprised I can remember very little of it either....

13. I Do Remember That They Showed "Night...
Of The Living Dead" one weekend and it scared the crap out of me. I can also recall that they had some cool bumper music and title graphics.

3. I liked it until it became all music video drek.
They had their own version of the "Power Rangers," years before the Power Rangers came out.

Only the dialogue was along the lines of how we'd write it. :-)

4. Do you remember G-Men Forever?
I think that was a Mystery Science Theatre 3000 years before that came out.

Yeah the later years they went the same route as many other shows did and ending up sucking. Not sure what year it started but it kicked ass at least until 1988.

5. 'Night Flight' turned on a generation to cult stuff
The best things I got out of it were the drug/sex propaganda films of the mid-'30s ("Reefer Madness" et al) and an apparently little-known film called "Ladies and Gentlemen, the Fabulous Stains" with Diane Lane and Laura Dern as members of a do-it-yourself girl punk band, with Fee Waybill and the late Vince Welnick of the Tubes, Paul Cook and Steve Jones of the Sex Pistols and Paul Simonon of the Clash as members of the bands the Stains follow and rip off — plus a real cult treat, Black Randy and the Metro Squad doing "I Slept In an Arcade."

I lucked out and found it on eBay a couple of years ago.

Wish there were still shows like that.

9. So do I.
:hi: It was a staple in my off-campus apartment when I was in college! At the time, they were the only channel that showed the entire long version of "Girls on Film" by Duran Duran.... and let me tell you, it's amazing! :) God, I miss that show...
