The whole protect the quarterback rules are over the top anyway. He had him in his grasp, had he tackled him, he would have been penalized, but he definitely should have held on. Maybe he thought he heard a whistle or something.

It's like being an Eagles fan. They're just not that good. They're over-hyped. Twenty years is a long time.
