I found her!
Playing find the cat is easy in our house. Find the food bowl, the bed basket or the linen closet! Listen for the sound of purring!

6. Cats in snow -- fun to watch. |

Last time I let a cat out in the snow, he did the best he could to have the fewest feet actually touching the snow while still maintaining his balance. Usually it would be front left and rear right in the snow, while shaking front right and rear left, then switch feet and shake...

7. 1 cat had an odd habit of shaking ft everytime went outside. |
|
Finally figured out it was from living in Very Cold place and having her feet sort of stick when she first went out (like touching your tongue to a frozen metal thing).

8. Some cats enjoy the novelty of snow |
|
One of my cats wanted to go out when he saw snow this morning. Normally he's quite content to stay in. He stayed out for just a few minutes. Did your little cutie enjoy the snow?

I'm in Seattle and the snow has pretty much disappeared. It's odd to see a car coming down from the north with a lot of snow piled on it and yet see no snow on the ground here.

12. some actually like it..once we had a patch of ice on our porch |
|
and one of the cats discovered she could slide around on it and she spent about 20 minutes running up to the ice patch and sliding across it, going back and doing it again. Guess her feet got cold because she finally stopped but it was very funny to watch.
My other cats? NOT ON YOUR LIFE would they even go outside in weather that cold!
