I bought a zine yesterday at the food co-op. I probably shouldn't say which one if I ever want to avoid anal probing at the airport and anyhow it's really not the point of the story. I got it home and opened it up and out fell a ticket, the kind that get used for school raffles and such. There's no writing on it. I don't know where it's from or who it belongs to or if someplace somebody's waiting for me to turn it in for fabulous cash and prizes. But it made my day, just thinking about the possibilities and how it got there.

That and it gives a person that counterculture cachet without having to give up bathing or anything.

11. Well, one of us has to win the lottery. |
|
Then we have to get a house near Santa Cruz (I'm making flvegan handle this part, apparently he really likes buying houses and can't wait to do it again  ) and then we have to do an enormous grocery run. After that, I suppose you can rummage through my boxes of books and zines and stuff while I throw lunch together.

13. Well, one of us has to become independently wealthy. |

So the lotto line at the liquor store is probably a good start.
That reminds me, this project is going to require a whole lot of beer.
