(It is a grim stormy night. Dr. Rightwing Peabrain is happily engrossed in thought. His lab assistant Igor, a semi human hybrid jumps both nervously and convulsively in pre programed delight. Another lightning bolt strikes the tower at the top of the building casting a shadow of the two men against the wall.

It is an odd shadow: One man & one near man dancing alone in the electric light)

"You see Igor, You see?. Oh this is big! So big"

"Our troops are coming home from Iraq and Afganistan Master?" Says Igor.

"NO! You stupid fool. Much better than that: The public no longer finds John Kerry likeable"

Ahah! AHAH. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA rings the chorus of the two.

"We need to keep the public's mind off our losses in the Mid Term elections"

"You know Master (says Igor) what would be even better (spasmic chuckles) for the country, would be if (more hideous insane laughing), would be if we could get the papers to focus on (HUGE LAUGH) A failed land deal in Arkansas from the 1970's"

"Again Igor you stupid fool. What do you think the great doctor is working on?"

"Sorry to ever doubt you Master. But maybe it would be good to also 'uncover' a secret story about Hillary Clinton attending a commitment ceremony twenty years ago of an old friend who was engaged in the practice of Lesbianism"

"YES by God I think you've you've finally got it Igor: That will surely put the country back on track!"
