Free Pizza From Papa John's With Superman DVD (If You Live On Lois Lane)
<snip>

METROPOLIS, Ill. -- It's a bird! It's a plane! It's a pizza?

With "Superman Returns" about to be released on DVD, Papa John's pizza is offering a related marketing giveaway faster than a speeding bullet -- a free pizza to folks living on the nation's Lois Lanes.

The company is launching the Superman Pan Pizza promotion in Metropolis, the southern Illinois town that calls itself the adopted home of the superhero.

There are more than 400 U.S. cities with a Lois Lane, equating to more than 1,600 households served by Papa John's restaurants. In Illinois, there are a dozen such cities.

Each of these homeowners is eligible to cash in on this free pizza offer by ordering online at www.PapaJohns.com.

The offer runs through Dec. 12.

For those of you who don't live on Lois Lane, Papa John's is offering other Superman promotions -- like a $12.99 Superman pizza with seven toppings and coupons for the DVDs.

3. Class action suit anyone?
Clear case of discrimination and red-lining, excluding those of us who live on Kryptonite Ave.

4. What if I'm married to/dating a "Lois Lane"?

5. There's a Lois Lane
just a few blocks from my house...... I thought it was really funny.

Especially as all the other streets in that section have 'rock' names - Jade, Agate, Onyx, etc. - then Lois. Weird.
