Daniel Craig as James Bond reminds me of my sci-fi hero. A man who trusts nobody and must rely on his wits to survive. (though my sci-fi hero, unlike Bond, isn't a womanizer...)

Like my favorite sci-fi hero once said:

* "Trust is only dangerous when you have to rely on it."
* "I don't trust anyone except my self. That's why I'm still alive."
* (to the hero) A man who trusts can never be betrayed, only mistaken." (the hero) "The life expectancy must be fairly short among your people must be fairly short."

And oddly:
* "There are times when even the most cynical must trust in luck." (it's inevitable, but preferably avoidable.)

Do you agree with the above quotes?
