I asked you guys for turkey recipes for thanksgiving and got lots of really good suggestions. I just want y'all to know that the bird turned out looking and tasting great. Got the bag, sliced in the butter/seasonings, filled the bird with apples/spices, cooked upside down for the first hour, and let cool. It was one of the best turkeys we've had. You guys really came through!

Thanks again! Unfortunately, I may have this job every Thanksgiving and Christmas now...somehow I didn't see that coming (my wife is more cunning than me).
