Caesar: passed out on the bed
Imhotep: passed out on the other side of the bed
Socrates: passed out flat on his back on the closet floor
Evie: curled up on a shelf behind my clothes in the closet
Plato: passed out flat on his back on the bedroom floor
Quark: passed out under the audiovideo cart
Neutrino: curled up on the kitchen counter next to the bread machine

1. Mine are in an active phase at the moment.

They are zooming around the house. Of course, that's because Haskell just got back from getting his picture taken with Santa Claus at Petsmart, so he's very stirred up. He was really good, he was only a little scared! They're going to email me some digital photos and I may post them.

2. I love your cat location updates, Kedrys.

I have no idea what my cats are doing, but either Richard or Harry is surely in Mrs. V.'s lap, competing with the Sunday Post. I'm in California. I do know that Frenish, Freddy the Basketball Shaped Longhair Orange Girl Cat, is curled up on my sister's bed. Mega Mooshkin Mooshkin Man the Tuxedo is either passed out in the garage or lounging in the sun.

The kitties decided to sleep off my decision to not let them out into the atrium - it's 49 outside and I'm sitting less than 10 feet from the door. :D And I *have* to sit here 'cause I'm on deadline.

Ivan: outside, placing the mouse he just killed at Novi's feet
Novi: graciously accepting Ivan's present
Ingrid: hovering a few inches behind Novi, waiting to toss dead mouse up into the air
