Boy, was he ever PISSED OFF! The fat little hairy-assed bastard wanted to bite me so bad...


I relocated him last night to The Carlson Oxbow Nature Park. Hopefully, he'll make some friends with the beavers and great blue herons and geese and ducks. Regardless, he's out of my goddamn attic, and he has a nice place to live.

1) I like squirrels, and the thought of poisoning one made me queasy.

2) He could've eaten the poison and crawled off to a hidey hole in the attic, died, and stunk up the house for a month.

27. We have 3 black walnut trees in the yard

and last summer they had a HUGE bumper crop. At one point I counted 14 squirrels munching away totally rendering my deck useless. I called the DNR for advice on what to do about relocating them and was astounded to hear that they advocated drowning them rather then relocation. The lady said that relocating them is a slow death sentence as squirrels are very territorial.

Well, both options suck so I decided to just deal with the little fuckers.
