WHY CAN'T I SLEEP-IN ON MY DAYS OFF? |
|
With no alarm clock, I woke up at 5:30 this morning!
But twice this week, I slept through my alarm and couldn't get out of bed.

1. I've done sort of the same thing |
|
I've overslept twice this week when I had to work, and today when I don't I wake up right on time! But then, I rolled over and went back to sleep with a sigh of triumph. Hope you were able to get back to sleep as well.

3. Over the years, your body gets accustomed to the times that |
|
you get up, normally.
Although you do sleep in sometimes, it's not like a power-sleep. (You normally get up at 5:30 - on your day off, you wake up at noon.)
My wife wonders why I get up at 7am. After getting up at 5:30-6 almost daily for twenty years, you get used to it.
