Willie Nelson fans - help finding a song -- ??

I have only a vague memory of a song I heard in the early summer of 2004... heard it frequently while in Boise helping my mom move... I THINK it was a sorta "rap" song, maybe a duet or backing vocals. I don't recall anything other than that, except that it cracked me up (in a good way)...

Anyone have ANY ideas?
