MMMM- Smoked Pig ears! (For my doggie friends) |
|
I bought a big bag of smoked pigs ears for the guys as a Christmas treat. (Ok, I buy them once a month during the year too) They LOVE pigs ears.
I suggest any dog owner buy some and see if I am not right. Your dog will be in "hog" heaven!

2. Where do you get the pigs nose? |
|
http://www.dogtreatwarehouse.com/pigears1.html I found this site for bulk pigs ears, much cheaper than the pet store.

5. yeah you can bulk buy on the internet |
|
but you need to wonder, how old is it?
my situation: I wont buy rawhide bones at my grocery store, but i will from our towns feed store...
I realize not everyone has a feed store... lol... But just be concerned about shelf life...

4. we get them for our 3 dogs |
|
we can't say the word "ear" in the house without them jumping and begging
ears are now referred to in code (dogs have learned to spell) - we call them Romans... as in Friends, Romans lend me your EARS...
when they figure that one out we will be calling them Van Gogh's

7. They're really gross if they get left out in the yard. |
|
I happened upon one after it rained. They re-hydrate. Ughh! Imagine walking barefoot and stepping upon it.
