What a great man he makes me feel proud to be an american he is so inspiring. He talked about how we in the united states are able to set a standerd and help lift up the rest of the world!!!Awhile back i got to hear noam chomsky speak and he said basically the same thing how we the people since we live in the superpower of the world we have the ability to take it in the right direction. He also talked about how in getting the un involved w/iraq not only does it help the iraqis and protect their interests and not Big Oil we will help to rebuild our bridges w/ the international community!!Ok i have to get ready for a peace rally that he is speaking at!!!

I just got to shake his hand but it was an honor. Anyhow, we can win this thing, odds are slim but if we work hard and together, we win.

3. I Admire
Congressman Kucinich so much. I and my husband voted for him in the moveon internet primary several months back. If he isn't the nominee I sure hope the Democrat that wins in Nov. will give Dennis the opportunity to develope his department of Peace idea. On one of the threads here at DU someone wrote (paraphrasing here)'Dept. of Peace give me a break what a Joke'. I find that sad and depressing that people have no problem with a department of war but scoff at a dept. of peace. Pretty much sums up the state of this country in my opinion.

Proud that my 200th post is for Dennis Kucinich.
