7. Toshiba is a freaking toilet. |
|
It's new laptops are flimsy, compared to the old ones. And don't get me started on the power cords and "warranty" plans. :grr:

8. Nope... an apple cord is cheap. |
|
Comparatively, and there are 3rd parties that work as well for less.

When I used to have a laptop I managed to find a third-party manufacturer which produced "unofficial" peripherals for my laptop for about a quarter of the price of the official stuff.

6. There was a site I found that |
|
said they had a "compatible" (even stating my model #) that was $60.00, but the specs for output amps were not identical. Didn't want to chance frying the computer. :scared: More knowledge would have been beneficial.
So, beware kittens chewing through wires.

9. The Macally power adapter for the PB is a good piece of hardware. |
|
and at $30, a real bargain. We've got one for each of the PBs.

I'll check one out. The skinny little wire on one of mine is coming apart at the connector. Fragile little beasties.

11. Toshiba bastards charged me $90.XX+ for a plug before. |
|
Greedy Sony bastards used to charge for damm driver. They purposely didn't put ALL of the device drivers on their website for download so you could pay for their disks.
