I'd have definitely walked out of the theatre - without question

1. I thought it was great!
I bought it on DVD, actually. Two reasons:

1. The cinematography is amazing. What they did with negative film, processing it backwards to get that hyper-rich color...amazing. First time that's ever been done, and probably the last time too, since the film is very unstable chemically and dangerous to work with.

2. I found the true story of Domino Harvey fascinating, and the movie inspired me to do some research into her life and death.

Cool stuff.

2. I found the coloring interesting but
ultimately too distracting for me, but the process you describe sounds very cool. Can you do the same with still photos?

4. Yes you can.
You can do it with slide film, too. Again, though, it's unstable and can burn or melt. The special features for the DVD explained a lot of it. :)

If you want interesting film processing, get Pitch Black

Domino appeared to be filmed by a person whose only experience with film was watching Missy Elliot videos and Natural Born Killers

Total cliche claptrap shite

5. Well, I suppose that's why they make more than one movie a year.
We all have different tastes. :hi:
