Nothing but problems for the last six months. No internets tubing today. And it's my day off.
I'm in the lobby of my condo building piggybacking off their wireless.
Good news is that they're coming tomorrow to fix the internet and the TV in the kitchen.
Also of note: they have excellent customer service, which is a breath of fresh air after dealing with Verizon. I can't tell you how happy I am not to have to heal with them anymore.

and gutted their own infrastructure. They have done all of this down-sizing to make a few more bucks. I absolutely hate the way that comcast treats its workers. I cant wait to ditch them one day when I can work out a better plan for net and cable.
