How long do insurance companies do stuff like this?
I was rear ended over three weeks ago. I took my car to their preferred body shop two weeks ago. Almost a week later, they decide to total my car. The insurance does not offer it enough to get it fixed at the body shop I prefer, told them to call back with another offer. That was over a week ago, but they are still paying the rental car (guy who called me may not know that). This insurance co is American Family.

2. How much more should I argue with them before I accept their offer?
I just want enough to fix my car, my lawyer is dealing with them.

3. That's good you have a lawyer
They'll think twice before trying to BS him/her.
