Has anyone ever used Oxy-clean to bleach laundry?

1. You need really, really hot water for it to work

I have a trick for getting stuff super bright white w/o bleach. Bring a big pot of hot water to a boil on the stove, add a big scoop of oxyclean, a splash of simple green and your things that need bleached. Cover and turn the heat off. Stir the pot every now and then, but don't pull the clothes out until the water is room temperature.

It gets stuff really white and gets out old blood stains on underwear, shit stains on diapers and pretty much anything else I've ever tried. Then wash everything normally to get all the soap out.

2. I JUST used it to get the blood out of my scrubs and jacket from my accident
