From what I can recall, the best kissers were often the same ones who tore your heart out eventually. Best not to remember.
MissMillie, I hope you are kissed soon, and often thereafter by somebody who makes your toes curl!

that "the best" anything will tear your heart out eventually.
Forgive me. That's a little dark it being so early in the day, but your words resonated so with me.

he took his time -- he always, always seduced you -- like you were gonna say no.
lol -- like that was gonna happen.
but he was cocky, very self assured that he was gonna rock til your feet curled -- and he never ever left a stone unturned so to speak.

but if you ever stumble across a dazzling one, you will remember. :takes a sip of coffee, leans back in office chair and reminsces about dalliances past:
I think it's the moment between two people as much as it is WHO the other person is. So you may not need to search the world over looking for somebody new or any such thing.

Mr Billyskank! And if not, there's always tomorrow. As has been mentioned elsewhere in the thread it seems as though "turbulence" may be a pre-requisite, or perhaps some uncertain anticipation.
Her fierceness fuelled the passion, but alas her fancy passed
Nevertheless I am glad for it.
Of course the stage had been set by a year of truly disastrous infatuation on my part--maybe that added a little zest.
Not to be too serious here, but you strike me as a bit of a quester, I'm pretty sure you will find a brilliant one, and much, much more. Here's to the search :toast:

she was more than a little unglued (always makes things interesting though). She wound up marrying a similarly crazed friend of mine and they now have at least four kids.
The whole time I dated her I was wondering how I could end it without her murdering me in my sleep--but you know what, I still miss that girl sometimes.... :)

my husband. He doesn't give "pecks," he always puts more into a kiss than that. However, my second worst all-time kiss was with him, too. It was our first one, and it was really awkward and tense. My second-best kiss was from a guy who eventually came out as gay. I'm sure he's making some lucky dude very happy, now!:D

36. I don't even remember her name, and it was only 1 long kiss... |
|
but, what a kiss it was.
We had met and then set up a casual drink date at a local pub type place. We hit it off well at the pub, and a while later, we ended up making out in the parking lot and her kissing just blew me away. I don't know if it was the actual kissing, or it was a combination of perfect timing, how she felt pressed against me, how she smelled, or something else altogether.
But, we were kissing for a bit when I noticed a guy on several cars away from us watching us while he kissed. So, I kind of whispered it to her that this guy had been watching us... thinking in the back of my mind that she'd suggest going to either her place or mine, or at least into one of our cars.
But, her matter-of-fact response stunned me, "Oh, that's my husband."
That really killed my mood... you'd think somebody would tell you up front that their spouse likes to watch? or that she was married in the first place...

without a doubt. I was 16 and he was my first "make-out" fella -- sadly, it's been all downhill since. :D
The guy was amazing -- I think it was because he'd had an affair with his 8th grade teacher! He had the softest lips, and was a very sensual, subtle kisser -- none of this jam your tongue in her mouth and swirl it around stuff. Unfortunately, I thought that this was how kissing was normally done, but my next boyfriend turned out to be a genuinely horrible kisser (ya' hear that, Bob Baldocchi?) who blew that notion. He would lick the roof of my mouth and run his tongue around my gumline (?!?!) what the hell was that about?? Bleck.
I have only had one guy since Adam who came close to his kissing expertise -- a skinny drummer named Billy. Sigh. He was pretty damned good, too.

It wasn't so much that he was a great kisser, but that he was receptive to mine - I tend to like to take the lead. He also had lovely, full lips. There was definitely lots of chemistry. Which is, for the most part, what it proved to be in the end...
I'm sure if you posed the same question to him, I would be the answer; because he kept telling me so. ;)

Actually he's in a 3-way tie with my most recent boyfriend (our first kiss was incendiary) and the guy I was crazy about back in college who was absolute perfection.

98. If/when he goes on the tour for the new book... |
|
if he comes anywhere near where you are...I highly recommend meeting him. He's a lot of fun. And he sings Led Zeppelin in a bad high falsetto if you get him drunk.

94. My 10th grade English teacher |
|
I bet that got your attention.
It was 25 years later though & he was a young teacher back then. He's only 6 years older than me.
He should have taught kissing instead of English. His class was boring but his lips were not.

99. Frank .. he was 21, I was 14 but told him I was 16 |

He was absolutely gorgeous. He took me to the drive-in, fed me Heineken, wanted much more than kissing. I really liked him, but it fizzled after I wouldn't give in.
