IT HAPPENED IT HAPPENED!!! It snowed in Delaware
From noon til about 12:30 it lightly snowed. Nothing lasted on the ground, nothing else needed. I think that's our major snowstorm of the year.

Anyone who doesn't believe in Global Warming is a dumbass!

1. Yeah, my friend called me while driving through Delaware to blame your "fake state" for the snow.
She's an angry North Carolinian. Now she's in Jersey and bitching to me about my grand state. Of course, she's in south Jersey. I bear no responsibility for that scar on the map.

4. Delaware is a real state - at least we're not the 'Armpit of America'

See you even look like an armpit - wash & shave that thing!

9. So basically Delaware is filled with the enemy.
And I don't care about your lower cigarette taxes. I've got this chick in VA that gets me Camel Lights.

And you'd love Delaware if you just stop to visit it's great beauty! Not only are our beaches lovely but you don't have to pay money to use them

11. I go to the beach in CT. We have a cabin and gas guzzling boats (that we pull with big SUVs)
Anyway, don't you have a beach in DE where the gays go? I don't want to be associated with that kind of folk.

And I live in a very nice part of NJ. No petrochemicals around here.

And I'm sure the people who patronize Rehobeth don't want to be associated with you

Our move out to the nice part was a fairly recent development.

20. Pardon me?????
I was raised in South Jersey; much of it is lovely farmland. If there's any "scar," it would have to be overdeveloped North Jersey.

24. Um...I'd rather have some parts be overdeveloped than have a single piney around.

Indiana: David Letterman, James Dean, Eugene Debs, Theodore Dreiser, corn, hot farmer's daughters, Indiana University and Birch Bayh

Delaware: toxic waste and DuPont

Score one for Indiana.

26. It snowed in freakin' MALIBU yesterday.
I live in Hollywood, just a few miles away. My mom called last night and asked how I liked the snow, and I thought she'd lost her mind (whenever anything happens in ANY part of California, she thinks it must be near me in LA). Sure enough, I flipped on the news later, and there was snow in freaking Malibu.

27. It's snowing in Jersey.
And it's kind of sticking. But mostly wet on the roads. I just heard we might get a storm next week. Can't wait to use the snow excuse to miss work. "Sorry, boss. NJTransit isn't running. Can't make it in."
