Band Of Brothers is awesome
my brother go it for christmasm and I stole it and watched it. It is awesome. Oddly enough I liked the characters even more than the action, which was wildly cool as well. Terrifying.

3. It sure is gripping.... The lead guy espec....
and those real life interviews, man they break your heart... awesome....

I dont think anything on TV ever looked or sounded that good.
I didnt even mind David Schwimmer... but the connection between the two leads --( the guy from Office Space and the lead guy) is wonderful.

8. read the book if you havent
the series was spectacular. Having read everything Steven Ambrose has written on WWII, band of brothers was my second favorite to Pegasus Bridge.

It's amazing the lives that these men lived after the war, some very successful like Buck Compton, LA Prosecutor in the Sirhan Sirhan case, and David Webster the Harvard man who died shark fishing off the coast of Hawaii.

10. The book, In opinion, was not very good...
when taken in context with his other books, like Undaunted Courage. Band of Brothers seemed superfulous and only paid lip service to some of the most crucial parts.

9. I agree
I caught the last 6 episodes when they re-aired the series on HBO around Thanksgiving. I've been meaning to go get the 1st four from the library or video store.

It was very well done, with great storytelling.
