"You're cool!" "No way, I'm a jerk, YOU'RE cool!" "No, *I'm* a jerk!"
My niece and nephew (5 and 8 respectively) play-arguing at lunchtime.

They finally explained to their mystified uncle that JERK=Junior Educated Rich Kid; and COOL=Constipated Overweight Out-of-Style Loser.

1. Geez, Uncle Richardo, you should have known that!
Come on. :-)

Man...they have a language all of their own. And of course, there's no interpreter nearby....

7. It does not sound cool to me
to be a junior educated rich kid. "Junior educated" sounds like an inferior education and "rich kid" is just a pompous a$$hat. Maybe that's just me, because I was not cool when it was not cool to be not cool.

9. "Seven? Yeah, I know you're seven
but you'll be seven year old, walking the dog, no house motherfu$%er!" Eddie Murphy imitating his dad

"All day long, I hear excuses for why people can't work. 'I'm tired', 'my back hurts', 'I'm only six'." Bill Murray's dad in 'Scrooged'

You gotta raise those kids right or they could end up voting for some "junior educated rich kid" for President.

Of course, both of those dad's were a$$hats, just another brick in the :hide:

11. My other nephew (15) said he remembers saying that when he was in 3rd grade
So it's been around for awhile...don't know the origin, though - CN may be it.
