Right now, I'm munching on a biscuit (Southern and made by Mom) with NC country ham, an egg over easy, and extra sharp cheddar cheese. My side dish is french fries. I just didn't have the energy or time to make collard greens. Damn this is good.
What are ya'll eatin'?

Tandoori chicken, green beans sauteed in a raspberry honey mustard sauce, and flavored rice. Dayam, it was a GREAT meal!
