Is it vegetarian?
How is it on tofu?

And I never tried it on tofu, but it is sort of tangy. My friend used to ship it to me from Florida and it's been a while since I have used it. I hear they sell it up this way now though.

I've been looking for a decent prepared tofu marinade for those lazy days I don't want to spend 1 hour in the kitchen.
