LOS ANGELES (AP) -- The husband of actress Zsa Zsa Gabor said Friday that he had a decade- long affair with Anna Nicole Smith and may be her infant daughter's father.
The claim by Prince Frederick von Anhalt comes amid a paternity suit over Smith's 5-month-old daughter, Dannielynn. The birth certificate lists Dannielynn's father as attorney Howard K. Stern, but former Smith boyfriend Larry Birkhead is waging a legal challenge, saying he is the father.

"If you go back from September, she wasn't with one of those guys, she was with me," von Anhalt told The Associated Press in an interview Friday.

He said he would file a lawsuit if Dannielynn is turned over to Stern or Birkhead.

Von Anhalt, 59, and Gabor, 90, have been married for more than 20 years.

Gabor, a onetime sex symbol and star of such 1950s films as "Moulin Rouge" and "Queen of Outer Space," has been in declining health in recent years and suffered a stroke in 2005. She was partially paralyzed in a car crash in 2002.

26. SMith Claimed Thompason was the father , before she was born

Before the baby was born, Smith claimed G. Ben Thompson was the father. He is the one that got that house for her in the Bahamas. He was the guy trying to evict her from the house last fall. Because the agreement was that she was to get a morgage on the home and pay him back. He asked 4 times and she never did. So, he tried to evict her. She sued him and claimed 2 things. He GAVE her the house and that HE was the father of the baby she was carrying.

The judge on that case finally cleared the way for Thompson to carry on with his claims of ownership.

Birkhead files for paternity about a month after the baby was born. A week later Smith files the BC listing Stern as the father.

Good golly, I didn't think much about it when I heard about Smith's death. But this is a legeal nightmare that she has left! I wasn't intrested before. But now I am. With all these legeal tangled weaves... it will be intresting to see how it all gets straightened out.

Oh and since Smith didn't OWN the house in the Bahamas like she claimed to have done, that is a major problem. She used the homeownership of that house as one of the qalifications that MUST be met in order to become a resident. OUCH! The cleaning up of that, had to wait until the 'ownership' legeal issues with Thompson was resolved.

What a mess!
