Developer takes back Anna Nicole mansion

NASSAU, Bahamas - The attorney for a U.S. developer who claims ownership of the waterfront mansion where
Anna Nicole Smith lived in the Bahamas said Saturday he has retaken control of the residence on behalf of his client.

The South Carolina developer, G. Ben Thompson, is a former boyfriend of Smith's who was embroiled in an ownership dispute with the 39-year-old celebrity before she died Thursday in Florida. Thompson's attorney, Godfrey Pinder, said Smith's death meant her claims to the mansion were no longer legitimate.

"We changed the locks and have put a chain on the gate," Pinder told The Associated Press in a brief phone interview. "We have physical control of the house."

3. So many motives. So many suspects.
So, who killed her? (No, I don't seriously consider that it might have been natural causes, nor suicide.) Where's Adrian Monk when we really need him? ;-)

10. A Judge HAS
He tried to evict her last fall, before the baby was born. She sued him and claimed he gave her the house AND that he was the father of her baby. The Judge dimissed Smiths claim real recently.

Put it to you this way, Smith has been living there rent free. Never attempted to gain a morgage to give the money to Thompason, as per the agreement. She shafted him and he has had his money tied up for a long time. I'm sure he is totally sick of the whole deal.

When James Brown died, his wife got locked of their home that night, by the estate exectors. <shurg> At this point, she and his children are requesting the exectors be dismessed and the court appoint others.

Considering that SMith didn't own the home, this isn't a big deal. Her Heirs are not going to buy it.

8. ANS was a role model.
...a very bad role model. She used others, and in turn, others used her. What an empty existence.
