Sorry . . Daleks amuse the hell outta me.

Dalek: This is not War. . this is PEST Control . .

Damn...

Edit: Damn Dr. Who and Dr. Cox appreciation in the same night. now if only someone would do a Dr. Who Intro with Cox's face appearing instead . . the night would be complete :).

4. 'This is pest control' - one of the best lines ever!
Especially in a finale that was less than stellar as a conclusion to the phenomenally terrific "Army of Ghosts", but that one line almost makes up for it.

:D

5. I've only recently got into Dr. Who
Mainly the two newer seasons. . (I Haven't watched all the episodes) but it's caused me over the course of watching them to read up, learn about, and become interested in Dr. Who as a whole . . .

But yah . . gotta love a Dalek talking smack.

6. Overall, the updated Daleks are good...
Better in series 1 (2005), but the innovations made are just due of praise.

And people know I love to criticize... O8)

11. Everytime I see David Tennant, I feel like I'm clinging to my heterosexuality by the thinnest of
strands.

That is one damn good looking man.

10. #5 Had It Tough, Coming in After Baker
But I loved Davison for the gentleness he brought.

Numbers 6 and 7 were the only ones I didn't care for (Perry didn't help) and I never saw 8.

12. I don't know the name of the third one, but I didn't care for him at all
Edited on Sun Feb-11-07 08:09 PM by TK421
the other two, yes...they were good- the younger guy ( what was his name ) didn't do a thing for me....he always looked like he was lost or something. Besides...I've been looking for Tom Bakers legendary scarf for some time now...Would you care for a Jelly Baby?

14. Did you know Troughton (#2) started the jelly baby routine?
"Fury from the Deep" and "The Three Doctors". he also reveals a packet of (unnamed) sweets in "The Space Pirates"... :D

But Doc#4 did trademark it rather better, I must admit...

And of all the eccentric things, the scarf takes all the awards and then invents some more to win. :D

16. Sir Patrick Troughton ( I believe he earned Sir at some time )
I didn't know he was the first to introduce the Jelly Baby...but whenever Tom Baker did, it was always at the most inappropriate of time..which made it even funnier

18. .
:yourock:

Parts of it are good, but it wallows in histrionic melodrama...

The (SPOILER) 7 MINUTE departure of Rose tops it all...

15. I'm enjoying the new shows very much
I never got into the old shows, although to be fair the schedule or rather lack of any regular schedule that I was aware of had a lot to do with that. I just never knew when it was on but also I guess the few bits I did see didn't grab me enough to make more of an effort to find it on the schedule.
