I fell yesterday and now my entire left side is VERY sore
Was walking w/ my arms full of stuff and didn't realize I was where I needed to step down. When I landed, it was full on my left side. I have a pretty good bruise on my left him, and my left arm doesn't really want to work at all today.

This walking stuff is hard work. Why didn't anyone warn me?

1. I warned you last night, with my dream description. :)
I'm sorry you fell and bruised yourself. Do you think you need to be checked by a doctor?

2. I doubt that I need a doctor
I had been hoping to get back to the gym this week, but even as I was headed to bed last night, I could tell I was going to be hurting this morning.

6. Well, this is a reasonable excuse to miss a day or two at the
gym.

3. If you cannot use your arm, then you
need to see a Dr. How old are you? The older we get, the easier it is for those old bones to break...

I broke some bones on the top of my foot and for days tried to deal with it. Wrong action to take. Ending up seeing a Dr and needing surgery to fix it...

5. I can use it
It's just that the upper arm is very sore when I move--as though I had over-worked it at the gym.
