So...what are you giving/getting for Valentine's Day?
Also, if you don't have an SO or are otherwise boycotting the whole idea, chime in as well.

Surely, someone has invented a sort of Festivus for Valentine's Day. A St. Bitter's Day, or something.

36. Some will find this lame but...
Ever since our youngest was a toddler, I've taken us on a "mini vacation" right in our home. I pick a geographical location, look it up on the internets and the kids and I decorate the living room/dining room. We read about the foods and the customs and try to recreate. And everyone gets a little bit of candy on their plate. MrG and I don't really give each other anything.

50. Car seat covers. How romantic. Not. But last year I did great
Last year I spent weeks putting together this great box of Tiki Drink stuff- a recipe book, tiki mugs, tiki swizzle sticks, various rums, fruit juices, and other tiki stuff. It really turned out cute. My honey loved it (he is into Tiki stuff)

This year I wasn't feeling that creative and the day snuck up on me. Since we usually ride in my car I hadn't noticed how bad his seats are in his car.

I'm hoping a nice dinner out at a fav romantic place will happen sometime this week.
