RANT: Why are people like this?
Grrrrrr......

okay, here goes.

Periodic problem: people throw cig butts all over the problem. My problem, it's near my windows!!!!!

Landlord has put notes up not to do this. Okay, that worked in summer and the people who actually were responsible are now gone. I put out on both sides of buildings cans. Most people here use them, no problem.

About two weeks ago someone threw one near my window. Called landlord, they have tried the note thing but people don't listen. Could I put a note up? Sure.

I did, both sides of building. Put really big cans out ( I don't even smoke)

Today,
note on the door of the back of the building is ripped away. An inside job as they are security doors.
But, on the front, somebody stole the can outside the door and left the butts in the snow.

Weird. What's up with people? I'm thinking it's somebody's guest because this problem is sporadic and nobody seemed to be "bothered" by the note until today.

Gee, how hard is it to please use the can? Say pretty please with a cherry on top? Are people this antagonistic and/or stupid???
Somebody has issues?
