16. Buy a day planner for every room in your house
Make sure you do not write down the same appointment in more than one planner. This way, when you need to go for your appointment, you need to first go on a wild goose chase to find which planner you have written it in.

And a double one, at that.

Can't drive in a parking place (which is what the freeways become after 2:30 - 3 p.m.) and can't RUSH anywhere during those hours.
