Do you believe you are a slave to technology? |
|
And can we really live without it?
Are stones only good for romancing these days?

.... is slave to me. :) I use it, abuse it and kick it to the curb when it quits working :) :) :)
But really, I love technology and use it a lot but I'm also prepared to live without it.

but CAN we live without technology? Chipped flint knives and arrowheads are the result of technology; so are copper and bronze and iron and leather and cloth and the wheel and almost any other aspect of human culture since before we were human. All technology is is the application of knowlege and mechanical skill to create tools that allow easier manipulation of one's environment. Without technology, we'd be naked, living in caves, and eating roots, berries and insects.
