The soda shoppe needs to come back in vogue.

After reading "A History of the World in 6 Glasses" and watching a recent episode of American Eats, I want to open a soda fountain. With coffeehouses coming back into prominence in the last couple decades, I'm sure there is a market for overpriced egg phosphates, tonics and ice cream floats. Why, I'll even grow a handlebar mustache if need be.
