I am so pissed off a right wingers!

I blog at a local newspaper blog mostly about local politics, but lots of times it leads to national issues, too.

Whenever the right wing nut jobs can't refute the facts those of us on the left post, they start the name calling and sliming.

Today, one of them accused me, by name, of abusing prescription drugs because Bush drove me over the edge. We are pretty sure the guy is a town Republican chairman.

Am I being overly sensitive taking this so personally? I consider it slanderous and libelous and I would love to sue his right wing ass.

What do you think? Any lawyers out there? Do I have a leg to stand on?

of who it is. And I put up with being called a dhimmocrat and hippie commie. But I think the direct call-out and accusing me of abusing drugs crosses the line. I never resort to those kinds of things, by the way.

He also hates DU and Kos and uses my posting here and there as proof of my insanity. Now, that is funny!:rofl:

Him accusing you of anything is plain desperation. Some people may not see it or realize how he's being but anyone who counts will.
After it's boiled down he'll just look stupid for stooping like he did, all he's prooved is how some people will show their asses when they're really challenged.
I don't know the whole sitch but it sounds like he only deserves a laugh from you.
