just cooked a pound and ate 3 helpings of Penne Gorgonzola pasta for dinner

4. 1 pound Penne

some half & half
some Gorgonzola (1 container crumbled)
some parmesean
some parsley
little nutmeg (in sauce)

Boil pasta. In saucepan head half & half. Add Gorgonzola and melt.

Pour pasta into serving dish. Cover with sauce. Grate parmesean over top.

Serve.

Eat.

Eat more.

And more.

Die happy.

5. I made something similar about a month ago.

Had about five servings of "seconds".

My favorite salad of all time is "mixed spring greens" (baby lettuces, escarole, endive, raddichio), walnuts, gorgonzola with a red wine vinaigrette. I don't usually like walnuts but the gorgonzola does something amazing to them. The flavors are fantastic.
