Breakup Diet Update...

I've lost 17 lbs - without even trying. Just be too depressed to eat big meals, workout all the time, elminate alcohol M-Th, and drink lots of Perrier and tell yourself it's beer. My metabolism has kicked it into an entirely new level.

1. If you were overweight that's fine.

If not, be careful. I ended up taking meds which increased my appetite after I'd lost eighteen pounds. Take care of yourself. :hug:
