While it doesn't cure a runny nose, it sure as hell helps. :D I've caught the virus my husband has had (gee, thanks, hubby! :sarcasm:), and I've used my NetiPot a lot in the past couple of days. :P

I always get something called Spicy Dry Fried Chicken, which has a delicious ginger, garlic, vinegar and pepper sauce. Yes, it makes the nose run while it's being eaten, but after that ... no more runny nose. Plus life is better because I've just had Spicy Dry Fried Chicken!

Stop all sugar. 1 Tbls of sea salt in a glass of filtered water. Snort it in each nostril several times. Do this every morning. it stings at first. Next, (optional) stay away from people, animals and ares with trees or plants.
