I have fond memories of watching it with him every Spring when it came out on regular T.V. Remember how that used to be an "Event"?

I have the DVD, so it is no longer an event, but I still love it.

Blackened Shrimp Dressed from The Alpine Bistro on Chartres Street in New Orleans. Shrimp oozing with sauce with lettuce and tomato and onion on a french loaf, usually served with a side of fries and a nice glass of iced tea. Best when served at a table close to the street so one can enjoy the passersby as they stroll in the quarter.
