4. No, I actually like PF Changs |
|
Although it is a wee bit on the expensive side.

5. Been a couple of years since I've eaten in one, |
|
but I seem to recall the food being very good. Not inexpensive, though.
There're other places I've been to that probably had better food, and PF Chang's doesn't have the 'authentic' stuff you might find in Chinese communities (much of which is not exactly to my liking, anyway, the chicken's feet being about the least exotic menu item in such places), but their food's high quality.

8. My wife lived in China for 29 years and she prefers Olive Garden |
|
Not counting Chinese buffets, she likes 2 Chinese restaurants in CT. There is a 3rd that a lot of other Chinese like, but she does not like it that much.
There are a few on (or just off of) Main Street in Flushing, NY she likes as well.

9. They're ok; but I'd rather go to a place where real Chinese people |
|
are cooking real Chinese food.
Sometimes they can be difficult to find, but it's often cheaper than P.F. Chang.

I imagine someone will buy them out and then....
TGI Fridays got bought and changed from restaurants where they did all their own prep cooking and had a real brigade system in the kitchen to a Grill, Fry and Microwave joint

They use 95% less sodium in their meals and actually have SOME sophistication to their menu.
