but very rarely is it the case when people want to listen to one's griefs. No matter: all I have to say is that things aren't perfect and I am, apparently, revered for my depth and honesty.

Tonight at the bar I had my camera. A longtime friend and I were looking at the pics on it, and he came across a picture of my eyes. It was strange, because he changed completely from my friend to a suitor I didn't recognize. He'd "never looked at me before" and other such nonsense.

pawpicker, how is it that nobody sees me? Do people see you? Must we carry about with us pictures of our hearts such that people will be impressed?
