On Monday Cider goes under the knife...

On Monday Cider goes to the vet to be...(SHHH)...fixed.

The only problem I see is that he's got one undescended testicle that will require them going through the abdomen to get it.

I'm HOPING that it will make him less aggressive with Cat because she is truly freaking out by all the "PLAY PLAY PLAY NOW!" attitude that Cider has.

3. Dot looks my Penny ...
I'm sure Dot will do fine too.

Penny's triple pawed and has the softest fur. Her older brother Max is 99% pure white and a huge extravert.

Love 'em both.

4. We got Dot as a 'brother' for Cider...
Because he needed someone younger to play with. Now they chase each other around the house and over the top of the other occupants in the house.

How much fun can one person have? :-)

6. The play, play, play, now stuff will only decrease a little...
They are both beautiful kitties and will do just fine with being 'fixed', but don't expect too much. Their voices will change, if our Pooky is any example, but Pooky still chases our next oldest around the house, wanting to tumble around and play. Poor Tootsie finally gets tired of it and swats Pooky on the nose, hissing while she does so. Then, they usually spend a few minutes licking each others fur and then go to sleep for the day. Pooky wasn't fixed when we adopted him, and while many of his behaviors have changed, his playfullness has not.

8. My dog just got neutered and they didn't remove the testicles
Apparently since he was over two years old, they just cut off the juice maker and let the testicles recede so the dog won't be in SHOCK when he goes to lick them and they aren't there!

9. That's one good looking boy
He will do just fine. I had a male poodle with the same problem and he was a very aggressive Dog up until the day of his death at 16.
His name was Toby but we called him Nutjob because he was a crazy dog that would attack us if someone came to the door or was in our yard.

11. Thank you!
I love my kids. They give me hours of great pleasure and joy.

Pity Cat doesn't feel the same.

12. He looks like an old friend of mine
I haven't seen him for about twelve years now, he went out tomming and I never saw him again. He'll never know the difference and won't want to go prowling.
